FAQ

How do I get my code?
Visible immediately after approval in the UpPromote dashboard. Optionally available with a custom keyword (e.g., YOURNAME10).
How/when will the payment be made?
Monthly after the cancellation period. Payout via bank transfer/PayPal according to your UpPromote settings.
Do orders placed without clicking on my link count?
Yes, if your voucher code is used at checkout. Additionally, a 30-day cookie tracks your purchase via your link.
How does the product refund process work?
You place your order as usual. Once two purchases have been processed through your referral, we will retroactively refund the previously agreed-upon products (excluding shipping). Abuse is excluded.
